All other trademarks or registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners in the United States and other countries.
LCI trademarks must be used in accordance with the LCI,Trademark Guidelines, may not be used in connection with any product or service other than those of LCI, may not be used in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or in any manner that disparages or discredits LCI or the Site. You gain no right to use any LCI trademarks or those of any other entity by virtue of your use of this Site.

If you believe that any content on the Site Content or Service Content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement under the laws of the United States, please forward the following information to the Copyright Agent named below:

4. GOVERNING LAW
LCI is a corporation registered with the Secretary of State in the State of Illinois, in the United States of America. All agreements and written documentation written on this site, provided in writing or any other manner is based on the laws of the state of Illinois.
5. APPLICANT AGREEMENT – Applicant agrees to all of the following:
Age of Use
Osterfeld Models is the official casting company of AFXXX and American Fantasy for purposes of model casting and cam model casting. You must be 18 years of age or older to access this site or submit information to LCI. All models must be 18 years of age or older. By viewing this site or submitting an application you certify under penalty that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of submission.
a. Applicant agrees to the entire “Terms and Conditions” and “Privacy Policy” and “Guidelines” and “Acknowledgments” listed on this site.
b. Applicant agrees to be bound be the policies of this site forever and gives Company permission to use any and all information provided to Company for any purpose including the sale of the information, email, pictures or anyother use. Applicant releases company from any liability or damages that occur from the publishing of the pictures or other information Applicant submits to company, by the company, and gives company permission to publish and distribute Applicant information as company deems necessary.
c. If any parts of any of these terms on any of these sites are at any time deemed unenforceable all other parts of all agreements will remain in place and enforceable.
d. Applicant agrees to all conditions listed on any application completed and sent to us in any form.
e. Osterfeld Models does not collect any fees from models. Osterfeld Models and Casting does not collect commissions from models. Osterfeld Casting is paid by companies that are hiring models for services. Osterfeld Models/ Casting is not a model booking agency. Osterfeld Models is not a management company. We are a casting company seeking specific models for specific jobs.
f. Applicant agrees to be responsible to complete all projects for which applicant is booked for to which applicant agrees to complete. In the event of a cancellation after expenses have already been incurred on behalf of applicant; applicant agrees to fully reimburse all expenses incurred as a result of booking applicant or any fees or charges paid on behalf of applicant for in the course of booking jobs for application (Reimbursement includes but is not limited to: Shoot related expenses, Flight costs, travel costs, Hotel costs, staffing costs related to booking model, booking costs, and additional shoot costs caused by applicants cancellation of a booking, shoot, gig, film other otherwise – such as other model travel and expenses incurred by company in the event a replacement cannot be found for applicant.)
g. Applicant agrees to only submit information and pictures that are accurate and represent the current condition physically of model and to not knowingly mislead the company.
6. PRIVACY
(the “Website”) operated by LCI. This information is intended to inform you about how your personally identifiable information (“PII”) and other information is collected and used by us in operating the Website.
How does the Website Work?
The Website offers anonymous browsers (“Visitors”) the opportunity to learn more about us and Visitors who register with the Website (“Registrants”, and collectively with Visitors, “you” or “your”) the opportunity to learn more about us and to submit an application to us through the Website to try to become a model at LCI (“Application”). By using the Website, you consent to the collection and use of your information by LCI as described herein. LCI reserves the right to change how we handle the information we collect through the Website at any time. We will update this Privacy Policy to reflect any changes in our privacy collection and handling practices, and will indicate that changes to this Privacy Policy have been made by listing a new date under “Last Modified” at the end of this Privacy Policy. Such changes will take effect immediately once posted to the Website.
What type of PII does LCI collect from you and how do we use it?
We do not require you to provide us with any PII in order to browse the Website. However, in order to submit an Application to OLCI Registrants must provide us with certain PII, including without limitation (i) a Registrant’s name, address, telephone number and email address, (ii) a detailed description about a Registrant’s physical attributes, and (iii) photographs/videos of RApplicant (collectively, the “Content”).
Unless you provide your PII to LCI through the Website, we will not collect any PII from you. In the event that you submit your PII to us, we will use such PII for internal purposes and for contacting you about events and media related to LCI activities; provided that we may release such PII to third parties if we believe such release is necessary to comply with the law (e.g., a legal process or a statutory authorization), to apply or enforce our customer agreements, to protect our rights or property, if we reasonably believe that a danger to any person requires disclosure of such PII, or as part of a corporate reorganization, consolidation, merger, or sale of substantially all of the assets of LCI.
Please keep in mind that portions of the Content contained in your Application may be made publicly viewable on the Website by us. Do not submit any Content to the Website that you don’t want others to see. By submitting pictures and information to us, you agree to have your information displayed on our site and release us from any claim of damages or libel that may arise.
What other information does LCI collect?
We also may collect anonymous and aggregate information from you about your preferences in navigating the Website by using cookies, action tags and other methods. Cookies are small text files that identify your computer. We may use cookies to, among other things, monitor Website usage, customize Website features, identify your computer’s operating system and browser, and complete transactions. By accessing this site you agree to hold harmless LCI and its agents and assigns in the event of any personal information distribution that results in unfavorable result including public embarrassment or damages.
Submitting information to us:
If you submit pictures or personal information to us you are acknowledging that we, in order to book and promote you, have your permission to distribute the pictures and information that you send to our partner companies and any parties that we see fit.
Further, you agree to hold harmless all agents of LCI for any damage that occurs from the distribution of your photographs and personal information by Company.
How do we store information?
While we take reasonable efforts to protect PII provided to us, we cannot guarantee that such information will not be lost, disclosed or accessed by accidental circumstances or by the unauthorized acts of others.
What are our policies regarding minors?
Users and Registrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older in order to submit an Application to us. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to access this site or submit information or be in contact with LCI.
7. THIRD PARTY SUBMISSIONS – Talent Scout/ Referral Notice
Any person submitting information to Osterfeld Models or any LCI Company on behalf of a third party, via web form, email or any other means agrees to all of the following:
a. You agree that you have the permission of the owner of any copyrights to any images submitted allowing you to submit them to us and for our use under our “Terms and Conditions”.
b. You agree that you have informed the person that you are submitting of your intent to submit them to Osterfeld Companies and you have their permission to do so.
c. You agree to disclose, in the original application, any companies that the model has worked for and any companies that you have submitted the model to prior to or after sending them to us.
d. You agree to not submit the model to any other company for a period of three (3) weeks while we attempt to book the model. If you do submit the model after 3 weeks, you will notify us of submission.
e. You agree to accept all responsibility for any damages that are caused through the use of the submitted application, its parts and the photos that may arise out of the subsequent distribution of that information (the application) by Osterfeld Companies.
f. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless any agents, assigns, owners and the company Osterfeld Industries, LTD. from any suit or claims that may arise out of or in connection with the use of any information that you submit to us via online application or email.
g. You agree by submitting models to us, that you will not submit them to any buyer or company doing business with Osterfeld Industries, LTD., directly or outside of this company as that is a direct violation of company Non- Compete agreement.
8. ADULT CONTENT NOTICE
Legal Disclaimer
